Block
‘n Roll warrants its motors to be free from manufactures
defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use
for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice.
Block ‘n Roll warrants the components of
the frame (excluding motors) for a period of one (1) year from
the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects.
The
above warranty shall not be applicable and shall have no force
and effect in the event that:

The system is not timely paid for in accordance with payment
terms.
-
The system or any part of it is damaged by an act of nature
including, but
not limited to, hurricanes, gales, tornados, high winds, snow,
sleet, hail, floods, fire, or any other similar or dissimilar
conditions.
- The
system or any part of it is damaged by vandalism or improper
use.
The
Terms and Conditions on the invoice shall also act as part of
this warranty. |
